Subject: Config::General::Extended went retroversion between 2.19 and 2.21
Config::General::Extended went retroversion, by rolling over from 1.9 to 1.10, which is seen as a *decrease* between 1.9 and 1.1. Please remove all old distributions, or release a new version that has a higher version of Config::General::Extended.

uploaded 2.22 with Extended 1.11, hope this fixes the problem.
