Subject: No explicit copyright statement

Hi, when packaging the latest version for Debian I noticed that Time::Piece (and Time::Seconds) doesn't have an explicit copyright statement. As authors and copyright holders may differ it is not really safe to assume that the formers are the latters, too. Please add a short section Copyright (c) $years(s), $name <$email> either to the README or to the *.pm files. Thanks in advance, gregor (Debian Perl Group) -- .''`. http://info.comodo.priv.at/ | gpg key ID: 0x00F3CFE4 : :' : debian: the universal operating system - http://www.debian.org/ `. `' member of https://www.vibe.at/ | how to reply: http://got.to/quote/ `- NP: Rolling Stones

Thanks, resolved in git. New release coming soon. -- rjbs
I hate to be a pain since you just fixed this, but by putting the Copyright stanza only in the .xs file, you make life difficult for people who redistribute binary packages. Literally, I'm going to have to extract the Copyright and put it in a text file to comply with the license. I'd suggest a COPYING file like the attached. Thanks

And I see I misunderstood what you added. Revised COPYING file with both Copyright stanzas...

For the record (which I think you understand), the license was added the Makefile.PL, the META.* files, and both .pm files. I have added the COPYING file you supplied, as LICENSE. -- rjbs
