From: Kanguru <kanguru [...] gmail.com>
Have I done something wrong to end up with: Recursive dependency detected: Object::Deadly (have: N/A; want: 0.09) => JJORE/Object-Deadly-0.09.tar.gz => Carp::Clan (have: N/A; requires: 5.4) => JJORE/Carp-Clan-5.9.tar.gz => Object::Deadly (have: N/A; requires: 0.08). Cannot resolve. JJORE/Carp-Clan-5.9.tar.gz [depend] -- NOT OK Running make test Can't test without successful make Running make install Make had returned bad status, install seems impossible Failed during this command: JJORE/Carp-Clan-5.9.tar.gz : make NO cannot resolve circular dependency JJORE/Object-Deadly-0.09.tar.gz : make NO cannot resolve circular dependency Thanks, Sean

According to this from the Changes file: Version 5.10 10.01.2008 + Removed the circular dependency on Object::Deadly. It was only used for testing and would only succeed if you already had O::D installed. This ticket should be closed.
