I'm quite sure that a canonical JAPH prints "Just another Perl hacker," exactly like that. Acme::JAPH capitalizes the "hacker" to "Hacker", which it shouldn't.
In the list at http://www.cpan.org/misc/japh , certainly the early versions behave the above way.
