Completely broken with perl 5.10.0

This was caused by patch 23471 to perl. The idea being that switches
belong to the qr compiled pattern. I think this is to be considered a
bugfix on perl's side.
The fix to M:M:MP is trivial and I've uploaded it to CPAN as
ANDK/patches/Mail-Mbox-MessageParser-1.5000-ANDK-01.patch.gz
