Subject: CPAN Availability
Running on an Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbons (7.10) server, I was unable to access Carp::Clan. I have occasionally had problems installing Catalyst related modules, but this was the only module I could simply not access. I apologize if the fault lies with my use of cpan. cpan[2]> install Carp::Clan Running install for module 'Carp::Clan' The module Carp::Clan isn't available on CPAN. Either the module has not yet been uploaded to CPAN, or it is temporary unavailable. Please contact the author to find out more about the status. Try 'i Carp::Clan'.

As a workaround you can say install JJORE/Carp-Clan-5.10.tar.gz Apart from that this is a duplicate of ticket #32469.
