Subject: Linux::LVM does not work with lvm2
A bug came into our Bug Tracking System (BTS) at debian.org; http:// bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=460604 Essentially the issue is that lvm2 passes information in a different format which renders Linux::LVM unusable.
From: GWOLF [...] cpan.org
Hi, As noted in the Debian bug report, Chad intends to upload a rewrite for this module. This intent, however, was stated over two months ago - This patch makes the module able to be used (although it still spews loads of 'uninitialized value' warnings). I am uploading patched version and closing the Debian bug report - Please consider adding this patch to the official version while you prepare the new one, as the module is currently unusable.
