Subject: Missing copyright information
Hi, I'm packaging Encode::Detect for inclusion in the Debian GNU/Linux distribution. The package is ready, but we cannot redistribute it (i.e. upload it to main Debian repositories) because of missing copyright information. Please consider adding copyright information to the package or, if you believe that a new release is too much for this "little" problem, just answer to this bug report, it will be referenced in case of problems with the debian-legal guys. The license is in the file "LICENSE" included in the distribution. Copyright and license notices are included in the headers of each relevant source file.
