I think we should cache last_login times. Otherwise when you restart the script on a list of
64,000+ friends, all those dead accounts get in the way. Since the point of filtering last_login
times is to not waste time on little-used accounts, it makes sense to "remember" those times,
as even if a user does return, they're probably not a very active myspacer anyway.
