Bug #31662 for FLV-Info: FLVInfo one file bug

Hi! I have a following error when trying to use FLVInfo 0.18 or any of it's modules (flv2swf etc) with one file: D:\Cinema>flvinfo "d:\Cinema\prikol_v_metro.flv" Failed to read FLV file: Tag size is too small (2) at byte 4280453 (0x415085) at  D:/Perl/site/lib/FLV/Tag.pm line 81. After using FLV Metadata Injector error changed to: Failed to read FLV file: Tag size is too small (2) at byte 4280780 (0x4151cc) at  D:/Perl/site/lib/FLV/Tag.pm line 81.
