Dear K.L. LIEW, Geo-IP2Location-2.10 contains IP2Location.xs, which is merely an XS template, namely empty. Furthermore IP2Location.xs never be used anywhere. Worse still, Make generates its useless C source and binary. You should have used h2xs -X -n. Thanks, Taro Nishino
