This is occurring on OG London.
In Sandbox, have added locales Fooville and Barville. When editing this page, you now see a single locale BarvilleFooville. Note: it will save as 2 locales if you remember to split it out before saving.
I believe this is happening since the upgrade of the weekend 2nd/3rd August. (Not sure what version the site is/was running).
