Subject: T::H 3.04 refuses to emit STDERR if a bail out happens?
If I have a test program bail out, diagnostics are not emitted. If I remove the bail out, diagnostics show up as expected. Given that the problem was serious enough to bail out, it would be nice to be able to tell what went wrong.
