Subject: Put POD2MAN back
Put a POD2MAN macro back into the Makefile and use it rather than POD2MAN_EXE even if its just: POD2MAN = $(POD2MAN_EXE) This will help people with man page hackery and give a backwards compatible way to run pod2man.

Fixed in snapshot. Will be in 6.14.
