Subject: Autocreate is cluttering up the front page recent changes
It seems that a web robot is tripping autocreation and flooding the recent changes list with spurious autocreations. Proposal: 1. Suppress autocreates from the front page, but leave them on recent changes. 2. Provide a form by way of confirmation "The category you selected does not exist, but we can create it for you if you would like." button: [Create Category]

This has been fixed in two ways. Categories are not created with GET requests any more; and minor changes are excluded from the front page changes.
