Some Oxford term dates are subject to change (currently, those from
Michaelmas 2009 onwards).
The perl module should record this fact, and the API altered to allow
querying of confirmed dates only (the default to continue to return
provisional dates and confirmed dates).
The API could also return a hash including the textual representation of
the date, and a flag stating whether the date is provisional or not.
