Hi, The CPAN bugtracker is for the reporting of bugs and patches from developers and advanced users. It is not an appropriate address for support help with any issue you may encounter using a perl module; volunteer authors such as myself simply do not have the resources to provide free, individual support for our modules. For non-commercial Perl support, I would suggest resources such as comp.lang.perl.modules, your local Perl user's group, perlmonks.org, etc. Show quoted text
