Subject: No -underline/-overstrike with XFT=1
If Tk is compiled with XFT=1 then the -underline and -overstrike options in fontCreate do not have any effect.

This still exists in Perl/Tk. It was addressed in Tcl/Tk 8.5, see ticket https://core.tcl-lang.org/tk/info/1961455 and check-in https://core.tcl-lang.org/tk/info/43d696b5d6 ; I'm not sure how Perl/Tk can incorporate the approach used upstream.
