It never appeared to me that DB_File::Lock would need a dependency
declaration on DB_File but suddenly I discovered it. Because it is not
guaranteed that a perl has DB_File installed. I'm playing around with
smaller perl footprints and -Ui_db was one of my tested Configure
parameters.
So if you make the next release, please think of the PREREQ_PM line.
