Subject: 0.09 breaks Web::Scraper
Downgrading to 0.08 makes the tests of Web::Scraper (0.22) pass, upgrading to 0.09 makes them break again, like in t/13_textnode............. # Failed test 'RAW HTML' # at t/13_textnode.t line 20. # got: ' bar & baz' # expected: ' bar & baz' # Looks like you failed 1 test of 4. Dubious, test returned 1 (wstat 256, 0x100) Failed 1/4 subtests Hope this helps, I cannot dog any deeper,

Look at Web::Scraper source code saying "this is due to HTML::TreeBuilder::XPath bug" or something like that. Since you fixed the bug, Web::Scraper tests failure is pretty obvious.
