Video::Info does not seem to exist on CPAN as a module in its own right.
So CPAN.pm says
The module Video::Info isn't available on CPAN.
Either the module has not yet been uploaded to CPAN, or it is
temporary unavailable. Please contact the author to find out
more about the status. Try 'i Video::Info'.
So I guess you mean one of
