I am installing WWW-Bugzilla in an intranet, so i am sitting behind a
firewall, using proxy to get outside. cpan can work fine with the
proxy setting, but the "make test" failed when installing
WWW-Bugzilla, maybe this testcase should support default proxy setting
or read it from the cpan config.
Install failed when invoke "cpan install WWW::Bugzilla" in accord to
above "make test" issue.
