Subject: directory in tarball doesn't match version
$ tar ztvf XML-RSS-Parser-4.0.tar.gz drwxr-xr-x tima/tima 0 2005-11-18 19:25 XML-RSS-Parser-4/ [snip] ==> note that the directory is versioned as '4' and not '4.0' this breaks some tools, such as the cpanplus backend to create rpm for mandriva.
