To compile an exe it fails with the following error if config_heavy.pl is not present in the same folder as the perl file being compiled:

If add config_heavy.pl to the folder it compiles OK, but if try to run the .exe without config_heavy.pl in the same folder as the .exe it fails again.
I saw msgs on different sites talking about this for previous versions and it seemed to indicate this was patched on previous versions.
