Subject: default signal handler is called "DEFAULT" not "__DEFAULT__"
default signal handler is called "DEFAULT" not "__DEFAULT__". This issue has been found using Perl Kurila (http://search.cpan.org/~tty/kurila/pod/kurilaintro.pod). The issue might not be present in Perl 5 or it might accidently work as expected. And suggested fixes or patches have not been well tested using Perl 5.
