I've made a patch to add support for EU buckets to Net::Amazon::S3
(attached). Please note that the update to the tests requires the patch
in #30595 to be applied first.
One point which is perhaps less than ideal is the need to issue a HEAD
before PUTs from a file - if LWP can be made to wait for the 100
Continue response this can be avoided, but as I understand it, LWP has
no support for this at the moment.
