Hi, unfortunatly i can't provide logs but i saw that the test scripts of WWW::Mechanize probably don't use the environment settings for http proxies therefore the test will fail if there is only a connection over a squid/proxy available. http_proxy variable is set on that system. with kind regards, Mit freundlichen Gruessen, Roland Moriz -- Muenchen/Germany - http://www.roland-moriz.de/

I can't test this bug, because only have a transparent proxy right now. But, If this is true, I don't know any reason why WWW::Mechanize should not follow environment proxy settings. If none of you have any reason to not follow environment proxy settings by default, please modify WWW::Mechanize to follow environment proxy settings by default.
