Attached you should find my pluggable template patch. It adds a web server
configuration option, template, and a module, Bot::Pastebot::TextTemplate,
that implements the default templating.
The documentation for Bot::Pastebot::TextTemplate could probably use a bit
more attention. It should at least mention what template variables are
passed for each template. I wanted to get this initial patch out before
looking at it, as it might take fiddling with the variables passed.
