Subject: is_prereq tests does not work
It seems that the is_prereq test does not work. anymore At least nothing is listed for libwww-perl, and I am quite sure that this distribution is a dependency of another one.

There was a small problem in the script that populates is_prereq caused by the switch to SQLite. It works now. Thanks for the pointer!
