Subject: Missing copyright information
Hi, I'm working on packaging HTML::Display for Debian GNU/Linux as member of the Debian Perl Group. I can't actually complete the packaging of your module because of missing Copyright information: the package is working, but Debian won't accept it in its repositories due to this lack of licensing info. Please consider adding some information -- a simple "(C) <years> <yourname> - This module is released under the terms of Perl itself" (as many other modules do) is quite fine. Really consider answering to this bug ticket, I'll cite its URL in the packaging information (or you might just release a new version with the correct information, and I'll package that instead of 0.38). Kind regards, David Paleino Debian Perl Group

Great! I'm using Debian as my server platform and I really appreciate the work that goes into Debian as a distribution! Show quoted text

I've released 0.39 with the two changes: * Added LICENSE and AUTHOR information, thanks to David Paleino for pointing out that it was missing. * Fix test failure when $ENV{PERL_HTML_DISPLAY_CLASS} was set Test failure reported by Slaven Rezic So this issue should be fixed with v0.39. The new distribution should be available on the various CPAN mirrors within 24 hours. Thanks for putting work into this, -max
