Subject: Makefile.PL missing from 2.35 tarball
The Config-General 2.35 tarball does not have a Makefile.PL, just an unneeded backup of the generated Makefile (Makefile.old).

That's why I removed 2.35 from CPAN. It's not available. 2.36 contains the Maikefile.PL.
