The fields marked as "Deprecated and to be removed soon" should be
hashed out.
The reason for this is fields such as 'for' are no longer a requirement,
yet this module still believes it is a required field, which it isn't.
The old field names can actually be mapped onto the new field names,
mentioned here:
http://www.nominet.org.uk/registrars/systems/data/fields/#deprecated
The ideal situation for backwards compatibility would be to simply run
through the %details switching the keys with the new field names.
This should be fixed so that the script is in-line with nominet's
current system.
