This module depends on Module::Compile::TT but that's not listed in the Makefile.Pm file.

Actually it shouldn't, because it ships with a .pmc. The problem is that the timestamps are broken, so the .pmc is always considered invalid. I have some work I need to do on Crypt::Util too, it's in a bit of an unfinished state (the low level functions are all finished but the high level ones have a few issues), so either I wait till that or I just release 0.03 unmodified with the fixed timestamps. Your choice =)
