Restrict the total size of sent mails

"make test" of accessors-0.02 produces a huge amount of output, nearly 10 MB. However, the SMTP gateway mx.develooper.com seems to accept only mails up to 400 KB or so. It would be nice if CPAN::Reporter would restrict the size of the reporter mail. Regards, Slaven

Next dev release will truncate test output after 50K. This represents about 1% of reports, based on analysis of the last 10000 articles on CPAN Testers.
