Subject: Failing t/pod_coverage with bleadperl
http://www.nntp.perl.org/group/perl.cpan.testers/2007/09/msg615649.html I haven't check if the Pod::Coverage result is correct, but I get a FAIL when Pod::Coverage is installed. Maybe Test::Pod::Coverage should be declared prerequisite?

This is the same issue as RT #29396. Pod::Coverage has a design flaw so that it can't tell from which files functions come from. Those functions come from another distribution (Business::ISBN::Data). I'm adjusting pod_coverage.t to account for this though.
