I've found Pod::Simple::HTML has a lot of undocumented cool features and
1 year ago I wrote a small commandline script to serve as a frontend for
your module. it has a lot of useful options and it's currently sitting
in Pugs's repos:

We've been using it to generate most of the HTML pages on feather, such
as the cross-referenced Perl 6 synopses here:

Audrey said it would be cool if it got its way into the Pod::Simple
distribution ;)
I must admit my podhtm.pl is still a bit hacky and it needs some
treatments for bundling with Pod::Simple :)
