is it possible that the CPAN::FirstTime dialog process be a little more
Module::Build aware?
The makepl_arg speaks as if there is only Makefile.PL.
The docs are vague about how to get this parm to work with both, they
only say:
then (oh joy) the equivalent command for Module::Build
but that is not going to help a user of CPAN.pm get things set up.
