Subject: $Config{installvendorman*dir} not honored
ExtUtils::MakeMaker is overriding $Config{installvendorman*dir} even when it is set. This is because of a lack of a simple check to see if it is set. Reported in Message-ID: <20030714101919.GA29236@immd4.informatik.uni-erlangen.de>

Fixed in the latest development version (see makemaker.org). Will be in 6.10_08.
