CPANTS is incorrectly reporting that 'threads' and 'threads::shared' are not prerequisites to any modules. Thread::Suspend is an example of a module that requires both 'threads' and 'threads::shared'.

This was caused because the script that filled the is_prereq data broke during the migration to SQLite. Works now... Thanks for the feedback!
