Subject: Unable to install IO::Compress::Gzip
I am unable to install IO::Compress:Gzip because it requires the latest version of IO::Compress::Base which is not available yet in the CPAN repositories (at least through the cpan command-line). I don't know what the 2.006 of Gzip would have made it out but the Base would not. Just thought you'd like to know. -- Knowmad Technologies http://www.knowmad.com

Thanks for the feedback. I've just verified it is an issue myself. For some reason the cpan mirrors haven't got 2.006 yet. I'm investigating .. Paul
