CPANTS is reporting just about every module failing
metayml_conforms_to_known_spec, even Module::Build and MakeMaker. They
look correct to me, all required fields are there. I ran MakeMaker's
META.yml through Test::YAML::Meta::Version and it reported no errors.
Telling is that some modules, such as Module::Build, pass
metayml_conforms_spec_current and metayml_conforms_spec_1_0 but not
metayml_conforms_to_known_spec which would seem to be a contradiction.
