Dear maintainers.
Test-WWW-Mechanize-Catalyst-0.39 now handles external URI (such as
http://example.com/) for accessing a real external server.
In t/live_app, you represent request-URIs as 'http://foo.com/...',
so all of t/live_app fail.
'foo.com' would be 'localhost'.
Or simply remove host part.
