Subject: "recommends" line in Synopsis has no documentation
There's no documentation as to what the: recommends 'Your::OtherModule' => '0.01'; Line does in the Synopsis. Running the code in the Synopsis (as is suggested in the docs) doesn't really enlighten you on what it may actually do.
