Would like to see a better error message in RE backend. Currently
message says "MSG: Query does not look like a DNA/RNA sequence." which
is true but incomplete since the message only occurs when trying to do a
reverse-complement. Yes, reading the docs will reveal that one must
have only ACGTU for a rev-comp action however I think that the above
message could say something like:
"While doing a reverse-complement the query does not look like a DNA/RNA
sequence."
