I am here to report a strange bug on installing libwww-perl for the
purposes of getting LWP::Simple on my computer.
Distribution Name: libwww-perl 5.807
Perl version: 5.8.8 according to perl v.
Operating System: Darwin wvh5348rn.rh.ncsu.edu 8.10.1 Darwin Kernel
Version 8.10.1: Wed May 23 16:33:00 PDT 2007; root:xnu-792.22.5~1/
RELEASE_I386 i386 i386 (aka, Mac OS X Intel)
Details: The main version of perl that is used is perl 5.8.8,
installed by Macports. Macports keeps perl installed in /opt/local/
bin/perl.
