Subject: Can't locate Encode/ConfigLocal.pm
Perl 5.8.4 and 5.8.8 Windows XP Pro SP 2 and Solaris 10 After installing Encode 2.23 (as part of a dependency chain), I receive a "Can't locate Encode/ConfigLocal.pm" error whenever I attempt to run any Perl program. The solution appears to be to download the Encode source, and run "enc2xs -C" after installation manually. I don't know how to handle post installation tasks within a Makefile.PL or I'd submit a patch.
