Subject: improved handling of comment cards
The attached patch (which is against version 2.6.2 patched by my previous atches) does two things: - Item::configure will automatically set the type to COMMENT for comment-like keywords - Item::_stringify writes the comments for COMMENT type cards in columns 9-80 (as per the standard) rather than 11-80
