Subject: Failures installing on Cygwin
There appear to be some sort of problem with the Module::Install provided with this distribution and Cygwin. I could not get a Makefile generated. To work around the problem, I deleted the inc/ directory and its contents and reran "perl Makefile.PL" to get a new inc/ direcotry added. After that the module installed correctly.
