Subject: 2.3 > 2.4.1 because 2.4.1==2.004001
The official perl version arithmetic is that 2.3 is not the same as v2.3 but rather v2.300. So now we have a latest release 2.4.1 which has a lower version number than the last but one, 2.3. Could you make a new release that has a version number above 2.300.0 (better yet > 2.400.1 to avoid confusing users)? Alternatively delete all the versions released before 2.4.1? Alternatively visit PAUSE menu item 'https://pause.perl.org/pause/authenquery?ACTION=reset_version'? Thanks,
