svn sw --relocate accepts port specifications and it is very useful when
trying to access SVN repo from behind firewall through SSH tunnel.
However when svk mirror --relocate is used with
ssh+svn://user@localhost:5555/... spec, I get:
ssh: localhost:5555: Name or service not known
